Soy Free

Soy-Free

Soy (also called soya, soy bean, or glycine max), is among the most common cause of allergic reactions. Researchers have found 15 allergenic proteins in soy.

Symptoms of soy allergy are typically mild, although anaphylaxis is possible. Soybean allergy is one of the more common food allergies, especially among babies and children.

Although most children outgrow soy allergy by age 3, a soy allergy may persist and is becoming more common in adults.
